Enter your key in FreshenUp settings, and Save to validate.

2 Set your prompts

Create as many prompts as you need to target the specific types of articles you want to update.

Control your updates. Decide how many posts to update per prompt, schedule updates on specific days, and define the amount of extra content to add.

Filter precisely. Select categories and authors for fine-tuned targeting. For example, add 50% extra content to articles by a specific author in one category and only 25% for another author in a different category.

3 Approve changes

Review and moderate the content output we generate, or choose to update your posts automatically. You can toggle this setting at any time, but we recommend approving changes initially to get comfortable with the updates.

Does it only work with WordPress?
Yes, FreshenUp is currently designed exclusively as a WordPress plugin. We’re exploring the possibility of developing a standalone version and compatibility with other platforms in the future.
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
Your content and updates from FreshenUp are yours, and it’s all safely stored on your own WordPress database. If you cancel, your prompts won’t update posts anymore.
Can it work fully automatic?
Yes! After setting your weekly prompts, FreshenUp can update your content regularly without any additional steps. If you prefer to review updates before they go live, you can opt to moderate changes by approving, rejecting, or editing them. This option gives you the flexibility to oversee updates or let the plugin handle everything.
What is the total cost?
There are two components to the cost. Monthly/Annual subscription to FreshenUp: This grants you lifetime access to the plugin, software updates, and support. AI API costs: You’ll need an OpenAI/Gemini/Anthropic API key to generate updates. These AI providers charges based on usage, which depends on the number of articles you update, their length, and the percentage of new content added.
